If it is necessary to return merchandise for exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following criteria and/or conditions:
- Return in original packaging, with product manuals/instructions;
- Return within 30 days;
- Invoice enclosed;
- Provide a brief letter of explanation;
- Return Authorization Number affixed on outside packaging.
Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee, plus a shipping charge.
Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
All returns must be prepaid - No COD's accepted.
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund, paid by credit card, will receive a credit to the credit card.
Process: Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must e-mail the return request to: sales@GIhuntandcampgear.com (with "Return of Merchandise" in the Subject field); at which time, a Return Authorization Number (RA #) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without an RA # written clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized by our return department, you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department;
- Write the RA # clearly on the box or package;
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
